Dustin Wheatley, P.E. - Principal - Team Leader
Dustin comes to ESD from the Midwest, and has a variety of structural engineering experience in the industrial, commercial and civic sectors, as well as a passion for effective use of technology in the building design process. His wide range of onsite experience extends from large industrial facilities to pedestrian skywalks, all advancing the structural design and BIM modeling of his projects. Dustin’s structural career began while working summers in Iowa as a construction materials tester and inspector. His background and familiarity with site construction practices enhances his ability to visualize how structures will come together in the field, while designing in the office.
Dustin is a licensed Professional Engineer in Colorado. He is a graduate of Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering.
